  it has been along time since i have posted something.

  my wife and i have just moved to ny just west of jamestown.

  our log house in pa was so far from everything it was costing us to much time and money.

  JWdaughter the KH in this area is only 2 miles down the road from us. Can't wait for the first ones to come. But I think that will happen in the spring. Right now we have about 20 inches of snow on the ground. Heaven I can't wait for spring also. I brought my gardening boxes with me so I can teach gardening classes. We have Chautauque Institution just 10 miles from us. This is where all the rich people from the big cities come during the summer. A great place to draw people from for our herb and garden classes. We now live in "This Old House" LOL. Still Totally ADD

  It has been along time since I have posted something. My wife and I have just moved to NY just west of Jamestown. Our log house in PA was so far from everything it was costing us to much time and money. We found a old farm house on 2 acres that was built in1843. The frame work is made of hand hewn post and beam construction. It is so neat. The reason for the post is on the main drag in Lakewood there is a realty office that has on its sign (JW.org the most translated site). We both just about fell over when we saw it. My wife said to me (will I guess we won't be using that Realtor for anything). At any rate I thought that was so funny to see that. I just love old houses and looking forward to renovating this house. We are doing just fine. Our children still have nothing to do with us. But only time will tell on that one. We do have a new grandson we found out about on my son's facebook. For all old and new members keep up the fine fight. Still Totally ADD

  the thread about magazines stopping distribution in india reminded me of a recent conversation.

  a local brother said he asked for a copy of the new organisation book for publishers.

  the elder told the brother to print it out if he wanted a physical copy.

  NewYork44M the problem they had with that high-speed printer was they could only run it half speed. Because no one knew how to operate it full speed. That is what I was told when I went on a tour at Wallkill back in 2004. Still Totally ADD

  WT Society SEC Records : Hedge Funds, Cayman Islands, Financial Losses - Links

  so my wife and i were curious so i researched some financial links and found records indicating that the wt society has been operating at a loss since the year 2012. as you read the links it shows a loss of 10 million $$$ in 2012, about 16 million $$$ in 2013, and a whopping loss of 56 million $$$ in 2014 - where the expenditures exceeded the revenues for each of those years in the amount i've mentioned.

  also there is a link on this same website with the sec records indicating that the wt society and it's representatives funneled 40 million $$$$ into hedge funds in the cayman islands as early as 2007. if you look online on other sites you can see evidence that indicates the wt society attended hedge fund conferences to look into more shadiness in 2011 and isn't it curious that by 2012 the wt society started showing losses.

  i am still serving as an elder but just hanging in there.

  i think their quandry is that they don't see me out in the field, but when they need encouragement and decent prayer they come to me.. i just got off the phone to this poor sister who i have only met twice.

  she is not even in my congregation (her sister is).

  Elder for 25 years and now a atheist. You did good. All the years I served I was always wishing there was more elders like you. Maybe if there was I would have stayed in and then maybe not. The toll must be hard on you. I know that feeling quite to well. Take care of yourself because there will come a point in your life this will come to a head. At this point you will need to be at the top of your game so you can make the right decisions for yourself and your family. Stay well. Still Totally ADD

  My Mom Is Dying

  i just wanted to say that my dear 89 year old mom is terminally ill and will soon pass.

  she is on morphine and hanging on.

  she has been a devout witness for about 60 years and a wonderful mother.

  don't know what the letter looks like.

  Here is a thought Sparrowdown because of all the sexual rape cases coming out the Wt. will use this closing down of KH, large building sites and sending home everyone. As a reason for doing this because Satan is now using the governments to attack them. They will say all the accusations are false and this shows the big A is very near. So find the nearest basement or cave and hide. After all the smoke is cleared it will business as usual. Just a thought. Still totally ADD

  Good news/bad news but really good news all because of a wonderful board member

  this last week i was e-mailed that my aunt had died.

  she was 95 years old and had a long a good life with a loving family around her.

  the reason this is more good news than bad is because due to the help of a member on this board i was able to reconnect with her.

  Could you imagine if I never made contact with my aunt. I would not know if she was still alive. I would have never got to talk to her and learn the other side of the story of why I she never talked to my parents again. How she saw the evil in the Wt. and how happy she was that I made it out of the cult. It was a very heart warming conversation I had with her. It will be a memory I will never forget.   This last week I was e-mailed that my aunt had died. She was 95 years old and had a long a good life with a loving family around her. The reason this is more good news than bad is because due to the help of a member on this board I was able to reconnect with her. Because of this cult I was born into I never knew very much about my so called worldly relatives. My parents had nothing to do with them. It was not until I found out I may have a 1/2 brother out there I have never meant did a wonderful person on this board PM me and asked if she could help. She never could find my so called 1/2 brother but found several cousins and my aunt on my dads side. I was so thrilled I called my aunt and talked to her for over a hour. My wife said I was finally connecting with other family members for the first time in my life. It caused a inner peace within myself. So I want to thank a very special person who made all this possible. Thank you so much ( LoisLane looking for Superman). You made my life better and more fulfilled. I continue to maintain a close relationship with my 3 cousin by e-mail and cards and it was all because of you. You have made this world a little better because of your hard work. Thank you so much.
